Personal information collected will be limited to Name, address, postal code, phone number and e-mail addresses. Show and Shine Automotive Products Inc. does not and will not solicit by phone unless instructed by you.
• Contest and Surveys; Show and Shine Automotive Products Inc. also collects personal information through contest and surveys entered by you. This information is used for the purposes stated above.

If you wish to unsubscribe from further information from Show and Shine Automotive Products Inc. feel free to contact us. Your information will be permanently removed from our database.

Returns

All returns to Show and Shine Automotive Products Inc. must have a Return Authorization number. This can be obtained by e-mail at sales@showandshine.ca. Products returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Refunds will be given less shipping and handlilng charges, to products in like new, resellable condition in original packaging within 30 days. Product received with damaged packaging will incur a 15% repackaging charge. Orders where delivery charges included will have shipping deducted from any refund.

Warranties

Show and Shine Automotive Products Inc. inspects to the best of our ability but will not be liable, products to be free from obvious defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase may be backed by the limited Warranty of its manufacturer. Warranties are extended to products only. Show and Shine Automotive Products Inc. will not be liable for associated labour, loss of use, damage or delays or due to shipping damages caused by or to the products supplied by us. All warranties are at the discretion of their manufacturers. There are no expressed or implied warranties by Show and Shine Automotive Products Inc.

Delivery

Show and Shine Automotive Products generally will have your order to you within 10 business days. Although we try to stock all items in our webstore, backorders do sometimes occur, and we will advise you of its earliest availability as best we can.

Shipping

Show and Shine Automotive Products currently uses FEDEX ground.

Shipments cannot ship to a P.O. Box or R.R. addresses.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be able to receive their package during normal business hours. If your shipment is returned for non-recipient, additional shipping charges will apply.

Please note: Some of our products will freeze during the cold weather months. Show and Shine Automotive Products nor our carriers will be responsible for damage caused by freezing. All products shipped from within Canada or to a Canadian address will have the Canadian Federal Tax added. The current federal tax (GST) is 5% of purchases including shipping charges. All products shipped to Ontario or received within Ontario for personal use will be subjected to Ontario HST tax.
